Around the world with Street Food at Vikings

When the world was divided into different languages and culture, we get united when we gather to eat. Vikings luxury buffet brings a new set of choices in their buffet line up for everyone to enjoy.
Street foods of the world will be featured as a special addition to Viking’s menu beginning this August. Some of the street foods include Suppli from Italy, Jerk Chicken from Jamaica, Espetinho from Brazil and Satay from Indonesia. To keep the luxurious experience of Vikings, the food items will be a fusion of the traditional and modern flavour.
Jamaica’s Jerk Chicken.
Chicken rubbed with spice such as allspice and peppers. If you want to introduce your kids or friends who want to be adventurous to new flavors, this Jerk Chicken is a good stepping stone.
Mexico’s Tacos Al Pastor.
A ‘hybrid’ of Lebanese’s shawarma or kabab. While it is served similarly to that of a shawarma, it will have a kick of Mexican taco taste on each bite.
Rou Jia Mo from China.
Meatbeat bun, Chinese style. Similar to Siopao.
Italy’s Suppli.
Italian snack similar to a rice ball filled with meat and cheese fried after coated with bread crumbs. This is a good idea for finger food or heavy snacks.
Satay from Indonesia.
Small slices of meat (sometimes, vegetables) in skewers grilled and served with dips. Perfect for Filipino taste.
Durum from Turkey.
Doner kabab wrapped in flatbread. Tummy-filling and very heavy snack but very healthy.
Brazil’s Espetinho.
This is Brazil’s version of satay or barbecue or our fish balls, squid rolls.
Gyoza from Japan.
Crepe from France.
A lovely light dessert consisting of a very thin ‘pancakes’ served with  ice cream and or slices of fruits.

The Street Foods of the World menu will be served during dinner on weekdays and during lunch and dinner on weekends.
