Have you tried Mangosteen on chicken? or Durian on meat? Vikings Kadawayan menu do not simply highlight the local delicacies like the seafood and the fresh produce ingredient but they have also gone adventurous.
One of the entre that surprised me is the Rellenong Manok with Mangosteen Sauce as well as their Baked Imbao.
The Kadayawan Menu also included a variation of the Kinilaw which has pomelo and salmon, Lumpia made with tinapa and mangga, Bihod (tuna intestine) Pasta and some of the Filipino Cuisine best dishes.
