Davao coffee has gained momentum. Farmers and coffee buyers have found both the demand they need from the market and the support from both local government and international organizations.
The local coffee scene in the Davao region has also gained traction during the pandemic even after the dalgona craze. To be fair, the coffee scene in Davao City alone has so much potential and has created healthy competition. Each cafe has its own specialty item or a special process that they have highlighted to make the coffee experience of each customer more elevated.
To continue the support to the local cafes and to heighten the awareness for the upcoming Philippine Coffee Expo, the Department of Tourism and members of the Davao Digital Influencers Inc. organized the Davao Coffee Crawl to highlight some of the local cafes that have supported the Davao coffee and have made use of our local coffee in their menu.
